China Spallation Neutron Source
China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) is the fourth pulsed spallation neutron source in the world, located in Dongguan, China. It includes a powerful linear accelerator, a rapid circling synchrotron, a target station and 20 neutron instruments in total scheduled to be constructed in 2 phases. Up to now, 5 instruments including GPPD, SANS, ERNI. etc. have been officially open to users from the worldwide. CSNS provides a new powerful platform for studies both on fundamental scientific research and high-tech development in many application fields such as material science, life science, resource environment, etc.

The Palace Museum
The Palace Museum, founded in 1925, stands as one of the most comprehensive museums in China, also renowned as the Forbidden City. Its magnificent architecture and over 1.8 million vast collections of paintings, calligraphy, ceramics, and decorative objects elevate it to a prestigious status within China and on a global scale. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site and a National First-Class Museum in China, in recent years, the Palace Museum has incorporated advanced scientific analysis methods and embarked on bold initiatives to implement large-scale facilities, including synchrotron radiation and neutron technologies, for conservation research and traditional restoration practices.

Guangdong Museum
Guangdong Museum (GDM), located in Guangzhou, is one of the 15 national key museums in China. The Museum houses a collection of more than 320,000 items, including historical and cultural artefacts, artworks, and natural specimens. Guangdong Conservation Centre at GDM is well equipped with advanced analysis instruments and experimental facilities. The Centre holds a national certificate for conservation, encompassing a full range of museum collections based on various materials, with a particular focus on the preservation and research of ancient maritime trade artworks and marine archaeological objects.
